MUMBAI : Sony TV’s show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is currently witnessing a high voltage drama.
With Ram’s absence, a lot of things changed overnight for Priya.
However, she somehow tried to balance it and help Ram’s family.
Meanwhile, a major revelation about Ram and Vedika’s past was disclosed in front of Sara that left her shattered.
While Sara is extremely concerned about Priya, she doesn’t want this big revelation to happen suddenly to her as she will be shattered.
On the other hand, Brinda who has been quite close to Ram is standing like a rock and protecting Priya and Ram’s marriage.
She has now come to know Vedika’s ugly tactics and gives it back to her for ruining Ram and Priya’s life.
Brinda has always come to Ram’s rescue and this time too she is playing a pivotal role in keeping Vedika away from Ram and Priya.
With the current track getting so much interesting, TellyChakkar got in touch with Aanchal Khurana who plays the role of Brinda.
The actress spoke in length about her character and much more.
Do you feel Brinda should have told Priya about Ram and Vedika before to avoid such a situation?
I think I should have told Priya about Ram and Vedika before. But it’s Ram’s duty to tell her. Ram has tried telling Priya about his and Vedika’s past twice before but she had said that she doesn’t want to dig into Ram’s past. So, Ram tried his best to tell. And now, I feel that it’s better if Priya doesn’t learn about Ram’s past. I didn’t even think that Vedika will turn so grey and negative. She was happy with Shashi. So, things were quite sorted. They were happy in their marriage. Ram and Priya got married trying to know each other. Now, it’s Vedika who is playing such games and it has suddenly come in front of us.
How has been your character Brinda shaped so far?
Brinda’s character is someone who is similar to me in my real life. That’s how I play Brinda’s character. I don’ really find it tough to play Brinda’s character because it is naturally like that. I am the same with my friends, I get very concerned for people around me. I tend to take a stand for people whom I love and care about. Brinda is a very beautiful character. People really appreciate my performance. I get so many compliments and good comments on social media.
What are your views on the recent intense scenes that were shot?
People have literally seen me crying in those scenes. And I was literally crying, it was snot just the glycerine. Even Sara who was there in the scene cried for real as those scenes were very heavy. I really felt those scenes. I knew that Priya is not aware of Ram and Vedika. I genuinely take Ram and Priya as very good friends. It was very natural for me to cry during this scene.
